INGREDIENTS
- 500 gm Spinach
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp Roasted sesame
- 1 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Black pepper coarsely ground
- Salt to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Dip the spinach in hot water.
- Remove every leaf slowly and roll it.
- Roast sesame seeds in a pan.
- Sprinkle the sesame on top of the spinach.
- Mix seasoning, balsamic, black pepper and honey in a bowl.
- Drizzle it over the salad and serve immediately.
