With our busy life style and hectic schedule ,some times we don’t have healthy snack handy .This means when ever we are hungry we can binge eat .My advise is to have a healthy snack option always available to satiate the hunger pangs in between your meals such as protein bar, a fruit , nuts etc. I always keep a jar of fox nuts or lotus seeds pops cooked to crispy perfection We can make them in different flavours some time just salt and pepper or cumin flavour or even sometimes with asafoetida and chilly flakes .they are not only healthy and flooded with nutrients but also are low in calories .
