In my opinion shoulder work out should be done at least twice a week .Many of us ignore shoulders and legs and typically concentrate on chest and biceps Well developed shoulders look great
So lets pledge to do shoulders work out twice a week
Few exercises which i generally do for shoulder work out are-
Front raise
Lateral raise
Side way bent raise
Shoulder press
You may talk to your fitness trainer for advise before you do any exercise as correct procedure and posture is most important to avoid any accident
