Delicious gluten free sabudana cutlet recipe that is perfect for snacking during Navratras.
INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Peanuts roasted & crushed
- 4 medium Potatoes boiled
- 2 pcs Chopped green chilies
- 1 inch Ginger chopped
- 1/4 tsp Garam masala
- 1 cup Sabudana
- 1/2 tsp Dhania powder
- 45 gm Coriander
- Lahori namak to taste
- Oil for frying
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash sabudana with warm water in a sieve.
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- Make small round patties.
- Shallow fry in hot oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot.
