INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Greek Yogurt
- 500 gm Paneer cubes, fried
- 4 pcs Cloves
- 2 pcs Black cardamom(bari elaichi)
- 8 pcs Cardamom green
- 2 1 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1/3 cup Ghee
- 2 tsp Saunf(moti)
- 2 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- 3/4 tbsp Fried onion paste
- 1/2 tsp Dry mint
- 1/4 tsp Black cumin powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix the yogurt with 1/2 cup water and cook till it is reduced to half.
- Heat ghee and add all the dried condiments followed by the curd.
- Add the paneer pieces, add dry mint and cumin and serve hot.
