INGREDIENTS
- 300 gm Cottage cheese paneer
- 3 tbsp Greek yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Degi mirch red chili
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1/2 tbsp Gram flour
- Lemon juice of one lemon
- For masala
- 200 ml Tomato puree
- 1 Onion chopped finely and golden fried
- 1 Capsicum diced
- 2 tbsp Tomato sauce ketchup
- 1 tsp Degi mirch
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 50 gm Cream
- 2 Clove
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl mix all ingredients and then mix the paneer pieces in the marinade and refrigerate for 3-4 hours
- Grill on skewers in a tandoor for 3-4 minutes
- Remove baste and grill again for 3-4 minutes
- For masala: In a pan add butter and then cloves
- Stir add tomato puree, capsicum, tomato ketchup and stir for 3 -4 minutes
- Add all the spices and stir for 2-3 minutes
- Add paneer and gently stir for few minutes
- Serve hot garnished with parsley
