Heal and awaken your body with this delicious oatmeal smoothie!
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup Oats
- 1 cup Greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup Blueberry preserve
- Fruits chopped for topping
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak the oats in water for 10mins.
- Drain the water and add in a blender along with the yoghurt. Blend until smooth.
- Pour in a jar and add the blueberry preserve and chopped fruits.
- Serve chilled.
