This recipe is a simple two-step one. Bake your own cake, it is so simple!
INGREDIENTS
- 100 gm Oats flour
- 100 gm Rolled oats
- 90 gm Palm Sugar
- 1 tbsp Baking soda
- 6 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 2 whole Eggs
- 4 tbsp Water
- 4 tbsp Milk
- 2 tbsp Raisins chopped
- 1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
INSTRUCTIONS
- Whisk the eggs, baking soda and the sugar.
- Mix all the other ingredients.
- Pour mix into a baking dish.
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees and bake for 20 mins.
- Serve with coffee and ice-cream.
