MANGO PHIRNI BRULE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 litre Milk (full cream)
- 4 tbsp Sugar
- 1 cup Mango Pulp
- 3 tbsp Rice flour (chawal ka atta)
- 1 tsp Saffron
- 2 tbsp Sugar Extra
INSTRUCTIONS
- Bring milk to a boil.
- Lower the heat.
- Add sugar and stir to dissolve
- Add rice flour.
- Stir on low heat till the mixture thickens.
- Mix in the saffron.
- Add in the mango puree and stir.
- Remove from heat and pour in a serving dish and chill in refrigerator.
- Sprinkle sugar on phirni torch to caramelise and serve chilled.
