RED CHILLI PICKLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- Large achar chilli whole
- 100 ml oil
- 2 tbsp oil
- 50 gm salt
- 2 tbsp Turmeric powder
- 2 tbsp Dry mango powder
- 1 tbsp Chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp Fenugreek seeds (methi)
- 2 tbsp Cumin seeds
- 2 tbsp fennel seeds
- 1 tbsp Carrom seeds
- 2 tbsp Black mustard seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a blender blend till fennel, carrom, fenugreek and mustard seeds till powdered.
- Remove in a bowl and add salt, turmeric, dry mango powder and 2 tbsp oil and mix well.
- Remove the chilli stem and pull out the core
- Stuff the spice mix in whole chilli. Add them in a jar and pour the oil and keep warm in a dry place for 3-4 days.
- Pickle is ready.
