One of may favorite summer fruits is mango and needless to say even the favorite drink is this most refreshing mango chia lassi . It not only cooling but also a nourishing beverage , packed with goodness of yoghurt (pro biotic ,calcium and proteins e.t.c ) chia seeds which are rich in proteins, fiber, vitamins and minerals and mango of course is not only king of fruits but also a super food enriched with over 20 different vitamins and minerals . 3/4 cup of mango provides 50% of your daily vitamin C, 8% of your daily Vitamin A and 8% of your daily vitamin B6.
So here is super food drink recipe for all my readers
1 cup Greek yoghurt
3/4 cup mango puree
2 tsp chia seeds
1/3 cup almond milk
For garnish
2-3 fresh mint leaves
1/2 tsp pomegranate
in a blender place all the ingredients and give it 2 or 3 swirls
served chilled garished with few fresh mint leaves
