INGREDIENTS
- 500 gm Single bone lamb chops
- Oil for basting
- Marinade-
- 2 tbsp Ginger paste
- 2 tbsp Garlic paste
- 2 Salt
- For boiling
- 1 ltr Milk
- 2 Bay leaf
- 3 Whole black pepper
- 3 Green cardamom
- 3 Cloves
- 1 tsp Salt
INSTRUCTIONS
- Wash and pat dry the chops. Combine the ingredients of the 1st marinade and leave for 30 minutes.
- For chops- Put the lamb chops in a pressure cooker with all ingredients for boiling 1 cup of water and mix well Close the cooker and put on high heat till the cooker whistles .Wait till the temperature come to room temperature
- Open the cooker and remove the chops place in the strainer to drain thoroughly Heat oil in a frying pan and add chops and fry on
- Drain on kitchen paper Serve with hot chutney
