INGREDIENTS
- 200 gm Moon Dal
- 800 ml water
- 1 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1 tsp Degi Mirch for color
- 1.5 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Hing
- 1 tsp Finely Chopped Coriander for garnish
INSTRUCTIONS
- Soak lentil for 1 hour in warm water
- Soak lentil for 1 hour in warm water
- Soak lentil for 1 hour in warm water
- Let is cool remove the dal in the pan
- Pour in a food processor blend till fine paste with running consistency
- In a pan heat butter and add hing for tempering and add on top of dal before serving al the lentil stir for few minutes. Serve hot garnished with chopped coriander
