Mulled wine with aromatic spices and rose tea infusion
INGREDIENTS
- 550 Ml Red wine
- 2 Pc Star anise
- 2 No’s 1
- 5 Bulbs Rose tea
- 2 Nos Organic orange
- 6 No’s Cloves
- 50 Ml orange juice
- 1 No Fresh lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
- 3o Ml Cognac
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pierce oranges with cloves all over Combine all the ingredients in a pan and give it a stir
2. Simmer – heat till wine barely reaches a simmer over medium heat .Avoid getting it to boiling stage .sinner at least for 15 to 30 minutes
3. Pour in a serving bowl ,Serve warm
