Healthy and tasty breakfast crunchy oats Granola Recipe
Nearly every morning after my intermittent fast , as a ritual , I have a bowl of my home made granola with almond milk or Greek yoghurt.It’s filling ,healthy and refreshing
Although , I am not gluten or dairy intolerant , I still prefer gluten free and dairy free version as it keeps me light and yet filled up for couple of hours. Most important , the recipe I am sharing is full of healthy ingredients .
Gluten free granola
INGREDIENTS
- 2 Cup Rolled
- 2 Tbsp Virgin coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp chocolate powder
- 1/2 Cup Organic honey
- 1/4 Tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp Almond butter
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Almonds
- 2 Tbsp Sugar free chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl mix all the ingredients. Together
- Pre heat te oven at 170 degree Centigrade.line a baking tray with parchment paper
- Bake for 20 minutes ,keeping a track that the granola doesn’t burn
- Remove and bring to room temperature before storing in an air tight container .
