PROTEIN MORNING SHAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp White plain oats
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 1 tbsp Strawberry chopped
- 1/2 bananas
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 scoop Whey Protein
INSTRUCTIONS
- Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
- Add ice and blend again.
- Add stevia or sugar free if needed.
