Fresh, refreshing and healthy salad with the goodness of all the vegetables and tangy oranges. This delicious salad is a great summer chiller.
QUINOA ORANGE BLOOM SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups Boiled quinoa
- 1/2 cup Orange juice
- 1 Caramelised onion
- 1 large Beetroot shredded
- 1/3 cup Edimame boiled
- 1/3 cup Corn kernels
- 1 cup Ice berg lettuce chopped
- 1 tbsp Pine nuts
- Salt to taste
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
INSTRUCTIONS
- Mix all the seasoning and blend with balsamic vinegar and lemon juice and set aside.
- Heat oil in a pan
- Add sugar and chopped onions
- Cook till onions are caramelised
- In a serving bowl pour all ingredients along with the serving and set aside
- Mix well
- Refrigerate and serve chilled
