PROTEIN MORNING SHAKE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 1 tbsp White plain oats
- 1 tbsp Peanut butter
- 2 tbsp Strawberry chopped
- 1/2 Banana
- 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
- 1 cup Soy Milk
- 1 Scoop Whey Protein
INSTRUCTIONS
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
- Add ice if needed, and blend again.
- Drink for a power packed day!
