GREEK WATERMELON SALAD RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 500 gm Iceberg lett
- 1 cup Cucumber
- 1/2 cup Chopped tomatoes
- 2 cups Watermelon (cut into cubes)
- 1/2 cup Crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Black olives
- 2 tsp Pepper
- Salt to taste
- 3 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Vinaigrette
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a bowl mix olive oil and vinaigrette.
- Stir in the seasoning.
- In a large bowl mix all the rest of the ingredients.
- Gently toss and serve with garlic bread.
