GRILLED LETTUCE WITH FETA CHEESE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS
- 2 bunches Iceberg lettuce
- 75 gm Feta cheese
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Parsley chopped
- Salt to taste
- White pepper to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- Separate the leaves of the lettuce one by one and grill them in the oven for 2mins.
- Place in the fridge till it’s chilled and crisp.
- Place the lettuce leaf on a serving dish, drizzle olive oil and sprinkle seasoning.
- Mix the Feta with chopped parsley.
- Add mixture on the lettuce and serve cold.
