INGREDIENTS
- 1/2 cup Salted butter
- 1/2 cup Brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cup Flour
- 1 cup Molasses
- 1 tsp Vanilla essence
- 1 Egg
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
- 1 tsp Cinnamon powder
- 1 tsp Clove powder
- 1 tsp Dry Ginger Powder
- 1 tsp Salt
- 225 ml Water boiled
INSTRUCTIONS
- Pre-heat oven to 180 degrees.
- Beat butter, sugar and molasses. Add the egg and vanilla and mix.
- Mix all the dry ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix with water.
- Bake for 40mins and serve with ice-cream
