INGREDIENTS
- 150 gm Lady finger chopped
- Oil for frying
- 1 tbsp Gram flour
- 4 cup Rich yoghurt
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp Red chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat oil in a wok
- Sprinkle the lady finger with gram flour
- Fry in hot oil till crispy
- In a bowl whick the curd with spices
- Pour in the serving dish and put 2 tbsp crispy lady finger on top as garnish just before serving
