Fitness is objective and one must strive to remain fit and healthy, by following a healthy diet and regimented exercise routine schedule like yoga , gym or any game such a tennis, table tennis, foot ball , squash etc . Healthy diet, of course is subjective to ones dietary requirements and medial conditions .
I am starting a new page in my blog on health and fitness , where I shall be sharing some healthy tips and recipes for fitter life style .

Ingredients
1 cup wheat flour
11/2 cup toasted oats flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
3 ripe banana purée
4 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1/3 cup honey
1 tsp vanilla extract
4 tbsp olive oil
3 tsp chia seeds disolved in 1/4 cup water
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 cup milk
3 tsp sun flower seeds for topping
method

Mix all the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl
Mix all the wet ingredients in a separate bowl
Gently mix all the wet ingredients with the dry ones
Grease a baking dish
Pour the batter
Sprinkle sunflower seeds on the batter
Pre heat the oven at 200 degree centigrade
Bake for about 30 minutes
Then cover with a foil and bake for 3o more minutes
Remove from the oven and let it cool at room temperature
Remove from the baking tin and serve with peanut butter or with any butter if your choice
